Academic Coordinating Council “Classic Heritage and Modern Fiction” is an official agency that considers applications for the topics of Doctor and Candidate degree dissertations in literary specialization that are going to be defended in Ukraine. The Council is authorized to approve presented themes or to decline them if they are not up to the academic standards. Approving document of the Council is necessary for the process of thesis defense.
The Council consists of leading scholars from Shevchenko Institute of Literature and from the universities from other regions of Ukraine

- Document that confirms approving the theme by the University Council where the dissertations is realized.
- Detailed plan of the thesis (4 pages).
